Caring Senior Service is seeking dependable caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home care for seniors in Gainesville, VA. Our GreatCare approach designs personalized plans to help clients stay independent, safe, and engaged in the lives they love.

As a Caregiver you will assist with activities of daily living, meals, medication reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and meaningful companionship, all while following each client’s care plan and Caring

Formación

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors or adults with disabilities.
• Compassionate, patient and respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on care to help seniors stay safe and comfortable at home.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and support nutritious meal planning.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Encourage activities supporting mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the care team.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support while helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional or private caregiving experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities.
• A compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to providing quality care.
