A Place at Home Inland Empire West is seeking an In-Home Caregiver in Ontario/Eastvale area. Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, medication management, and companionship to clients.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of caregiving experience, are registered with the Guardian Registry, hold a current TB test, and can provide professional references. Excellent communication and dependability are essential.

• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, enabling seniors to remain engaged and active in their communities.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each client.
• Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.
• Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
