Job summary

Total Care Connections is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team serving Colorado Springs, Fountain, Black Forest, Falcon, Manitou Springs, Monument, Peyton, and Pueblo.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17 per hour, flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and 24‑hour live‑in opportunities, plus benefits such as daily pay, paid training, health/dental/vision, and a supportive family‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Availability for various shifts (day, night, weekend)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (training available)
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Able to lift 15 lbs. and perform hands-on care
