Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship and basic daily living support within a 60-mile radius of Nashville, TN. You choose shifts and start earning PTO from day one, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, transportation, and medication reminders. We offer flexible scheduling, bonuses, and 24/7 management support to keep you confident and valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
• Pass a drug screen
