Qualifications

• Geriatric or chronic illness care experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if driving clients, valid license and auto insurance.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties and be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Must pass a criminal background check (national and state).
• Must pass a drug screen.
