Job summary

New Castle Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. You will follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to support residents' well-being in a compassionate, respectful environment.

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
