Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support in a safe home-like environment. The role emphasizes resident independence, dignity, and safety while assisting with daily activities and mobility.

The position requires a CNA certification (preferred), a High School diploma or GED, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Full-time roles include benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents, management, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and eating as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
