Responsibilities

• Assist, monitor, and teach clients with daytime activities and daily living tasks, including planning meals and activities
• Encourage and support clients with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
• Help plan and organize tasks to promote goal achievement
• Provide consistent documentation of client progress through case notes
