Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Boise is hiring part-time caregivers to support Treasure Valley clients in their homes. Earn $18–$22 per hour with weekly pay, flexible schedules, paid orientation and training, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but eager learners are welcome.
• Experienced caregivers, CNAs, or dementia care experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide reminders and help with daily routines.
• Support clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Communicate updates to the office team.

What You'll Do

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Responsibilities may include:

Who We're Looking For

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we also welcome individuals who are eager to learn.
