Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Caregiver (Onsite, Part Time, Overnight) in Coralville, IA. No experience required; we provide paid training. Starting pay is $18 per hour with On-Demand Pay and a referral bonus program.

As a Caregiver, you will support individuals in daily living activities, build trusted relationships, and help them participate in meals, recreation, and community events. Sevita offers full benefits, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must have had a valid driver's license for 1 full year, without restrictions.
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities such as meals, medication administration, personal care and outings.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate and friend.
• Help individuals reach personal goals and participate in community activities.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities and events.
