Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a Caregiver for Residential Program (Onsite, Full Time, Evening Shift). You’ll support individuals with daily living activities and help them grow toward independence.

Starting pay is $16.25 per hour with on-demand pay and a full benefits package. No experience required; paid training provided. Join a mission-driven team to build professional skills and meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for 1+ year with no restrictions.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals.
• Build trusting relationships as mentor, advocate and friend.
• Take initiative daily in a role that values your ideas.
• Assist with meal prep, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by engaging individuals with communities and events.
