Kindly Direct Care in Ridgefield Park, NJ is seeking a DSP with strong judgment, reliability, and direct-care experience to provide one-to-one supervision and support. The role requires high level of support and adherence to detailed protocols, with responsibilities including ADL assistance, safety monitoring, and precise documentation.

You will follow individualized behavior, medical, health, and safety protocols, support community participation and independence, and report changes promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral health, direct care, complex care, or a similar high-support role preferred.
• Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.
• Comfort with the specific support needs reviewed during screening.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assignment.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Ability to complete all required training and competency requirements before working independently.
