Village Caregiving is hiring caregivers, STNAs, CNAs, and Home Health Aides for the Lancaster area with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options. You can earn $16-$19 per hour with bonus opportunities and daily pay access, plus benefits like insurance and paid training.

You’ll perform personal care tasks, assist with mobility, prepare meals, and provide companionship in a one-on-one setting. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for career growth as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate compassion and empathy in caregiving.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in one-on-one client settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and patient transfers.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
