Job summary

Senior Helpers of Gilbert and Chandler is seeking dependable Caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors and individuals needing daily living assistance.

You’ll be a trusted companion, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home while forming meaningful relationships with those you care for. The role offers flexible hours, on-going training, and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required to meet clients' locations.
• Valid Driver’s License and car insurance required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• TB Test preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients who may be elderly, disabled, or recovering from illness.
• Help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide incontinence care as needed.
• Meal preparation and monitoring nutrition.
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance.
• Medication reminders as required.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Communicate with family when needed.
• Document care and observe safety procedures.
