Job summary

Right at Home Bastrop is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our Bastrop, TX team and provide quality in-home support to clients who value their independence. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation, helping clients stay as independent as possible.

Training is provided and shifts run 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, Monday–Sunday. No prior experience required; 18+ and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfortable providing personal care.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Willingness to work with clients in their homes.
• Experience is a plus, but not required: Dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
• Parkinson’s care.
• Hoyer lifts and gait belt transfers may be used in caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities
