Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC in California is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support. You’ll assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments while maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.

We offer flexible scheduling to fit real-life lives, with competitive pay starting at $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include health and vision insurance, dental coverage, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• California Home Care Aide registration (HCA number) or willingness to get registered.
• Current TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Ambulation and transferring assistance; Driving to appointments and shopping.
