Job summary

Independent Home Health is seeking caring individuals to join a growing caregiving team in Saint Marys. The role offers $15 per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

You will provide one-on-one companionship, personal care, meal prep, and mobility support with a focus on building meaningful relationships. No prior caregiving experience is required; we welcome compassionate, reliable applicants who are eager to learn and make

• Valid driver's license or identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Dependsable, compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide mobility assistance.
• Assist with errands, shopping or appointments as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
