Job summary

Heritage Place at Fredericksburg is seeking Care Givers to provide compassionate hands-on care in a community setting. You will support residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, home-like atmosphere.

Roles include assisting with baths, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, meals, and emotional support, with emphasis on dignity and resident independence. A CNA is preferred and High School diploma is required, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and safety.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Provide hands-on care and emotional support in a home-like environment.
