Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to support clients in their homes. We offer competitive pay based on certifications and experience, flexible scheduling, and paid in-office training to help you start your career.

Earn more with shift differentials of $1–$4 per hour on select shifts, and Daily Pay options are available. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass background check, per state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Complete meal preparation assistance, including meals, serving, cleanup, and assist with eating as needed.
• Provide personal care assistance: baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, skin care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, fridge cleaning, dishwashing.
• Complete laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, putting away; laundromat if needed.
• Assist with errands: groceries, pick up medical supplies, post office tasks, etc.
• Be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
