• No degree required for entry-level PCA role.
• Background check required for employment.
• 16-hour training course provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to home to assist clients with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal prep, transfers, dressing, bathing, and light housekeeping.
• Support shopping, socialization, and routine exercises where needed.
• Maintain client comfort, safety and well-being during visits.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisors as required.
