TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Vinton and surrounding areas, offering top pay rates and a sign-on bonus. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights with full-time and part-time options.

Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping, enabling aging adults to live safely at home. State-specific requirements apply; training is provided and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Active CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
