As a Cheer caregiver, your role involves providing compassionate home care services to the elderly and disabled. A large part of your role is providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to older adults. Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Offer specialized care (Dementia Care, Alzheimer’s Care, Parkinson’s Care, Hospice Care).
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion toward others.
• Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.
• Active Home Care Aide status (we can show you how if unsure).
• Proof of negative TB results.
