Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in New Hampshire is hiring caregivers to support seniors in Rochester and the Seacoast area. You will visit clients in their homes providing compassionate care and daily living assistance.

As a direct support professional you will assist with transfers, bathing, grooming, and daily activities, while maintaining a safe environment and following health precautions. Create your own hours with day, afternoon or night shifts and be available on holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Direct care for seniors in home settings.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable approach.
• Ability to follow care plans and health/safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior citizens in their own home, providing compassionate care and support.
• Provide hands-on support at the clients' home, including individualized supports in transferring, bathing and grooming.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following universal precautions and attention to infection control policies
• Be an essential worker, available for holidays, and capable of working weekends.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
