Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides (HCAs) in Cottage Grove, Creswell, Florence and surrounding Oregon locations. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours with a rate of $21.03 per hour, plus differential pay for CNAs and Daily Pay for select positions.

This entry-level caregiving position focuses on helping clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and errands, with safety policies and PPE in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or one year of in-home care services experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care.
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands.
