FirstLight HomeCare of Lansing, MI is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential support to clients in Howell and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time shifts, with a focus on assisting clients with their daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients on a personal level and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualificações

• Experience in home care preferred (CNA, etc.).
• Genuine desire to provide meaningful care.
• Ability to work in various homes/environments.

• Location: Highland, Howell, Brighton, MI and surrounding areas
• Shifts Available: Part-Time or Build to Full-Time
• Highland: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Brighton & Howell: Multiple 3‑4 hour shifts available
• Salary: Competitive hourly rate

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who want flexible daytime hours — whether that means picking up a few shifts a week or building a full‑time schedule with multiple clients.

What Your Schedule Could Look Like:

• A consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM)
• Additional short 3‑4 hour shifts in Brighton and Howell
• Option to combine clients and create a schedule that works for you
• Drive time paid between clients within 1 hour

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting as needed)
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Help with light housekeeping and simple meal prep
• Support mobility and ensure client safety
• Follow care plans and communicate updates with the team
