Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, compassionate caregiver for a client located in Fairview, TN 37062. This position is best suited for a caregiver who is reliable, punctual, client-focused, and comfortable assisting with transportation visits while maintaining the highest standard of care.

What You’ll Do

Caregiver will provide safe and reliable transportation for scheduled visits, assist the client with getting in and out of the vehicle as needed, and ensure the client remains safe, comfortable, and supported during transportation. Duties may also include companionship, safety monitoring, professional communication, light non-medical support, and observing and reporting any changes in the client’s well-being.

Helping Hearts Policy Requirements

Caregiver must follow all Helping Hearts policies and procedures, including attendance expectations, timely shift confirmation, no last-minute call-outs unless there is a true emergency, proper WellSky clock-in and clock-out procedures, accurate care note documentation, client confidentiality, and professional communication.

Caregiver may not discuss scheduling, coverage, or internal staffing matters directly with the client or family. All scheduling communication must go through the Helping Hearts office.

Caregiver must present professionally for each shift, including wearing dark navy blue scrubs, solid dark closed-toe shoes, and keeping long hair pulled back or tied up so it does not interfere with client care.
