Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care to residents and supporting activities of daily living.
• Ability to engage residents in meaningful conversation and maintain dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with light housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Complete training/certification as required by state regulations.
