Job summary

Senior Helpers of Lake Norman in North Carolina is urgently hiring caregivers for in-home senior care. If you have experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare, you’ll join a team devoted to quality of life.

You’ll assist with ADLs, provide companionship, prepare meals, light housekeeping, provide safety supervision, and support families with compassion. Flexible schedules and paid training are offered. Professional development and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate—you enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, nursing assistance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental ADLs as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and activities
• Perform light household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying
