Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, in-home care for clients in Scranton, PA. You’ll deliver one-on-one support, assist with daily living activities, and help families manage care in the comfort of clients' homes.

Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday 8:30am–4:30pm across two client cases. Pay ranges from $18–$20 per hour, with base pay $15–$17 per hour. Onboarding by August 31 earns up to a $250 sign-on bonus and opportunities for raises.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred) or reliable transportation
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass background checks & provide professional references

• Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation & medication reminders
• Companion care and personal engagement
• Documentation and communication with the care team

What You’ll Do
