Job summary

Home Care of Indiana, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/DSP to support seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and errands while providing companionship and enhancing daily living.

The role offers weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 3pm-11pm) in Greenwood, IN 46227, flexible scheduling, and monthly and yearly bonuses. CPR/First aid is available through the agency, and drivers license with auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certified; can be obtained through our agency.
• Must have a negative TB Skin test.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping activities.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with errands and shopping.
