Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. If you are compassionate and reliable, this is a meaningful role.

The position offers 4-5 days per week (25-30 hours), flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record and healthcare registry checks.
• Ability to drive for community outings.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and facilitate communication.
• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills.
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties as needed.
• Complete documentation and maintaining schedules.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-18.00-/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus (potential based on hours worked)

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

Schedule Details

4-5 days per week, for a total of 25-30 hours per week - specific days and hours are flexible.
