Private Care Management LLC is hiring In-Home Support Associates to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour and we are recruiting 100 new team members.

Roles include assisting with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and supporting independence while following individual plans. Applicants with caregiving experience are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

Your role

• Assist with personal care and everyday routines according to individual support plans.

• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Encourage independence, personal choice, and community participation.

• Provide respectful, attentive support that protects each individual’s dignity.

• Complete service documentation and communicate with your supervisor.
