Job summary

Developmental Foundations seeks patient caregivers/DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in CILA homes in Urbana, IL. We offer weekend work, weekend/weekday shift combos, and a starting pay of $18.75/hour.

This is a full- or part-time opportunity with on-site roles in Urbana, IL. Training is provided, benefits may follow eligibility, and a supportive, home-like team environment encourages compassionate care.

• Part-Time on weekends, 1st/2nd shifts.
• Full-Time, 3rd shift. Combination weekday and weekend shifts.

We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in URBANA, IL.

Pay:

• $18.75/hour

Qualifications:

• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
• Entry level position. Training is provided and paid!

Requirements:

• High school completion or equivalency- high school diploma, signed high school transcript including graduation date or G.E.D. required
• Successfully complete and pass background check required
• Weekend/holiday availability may be required
