Sevita’s REM Community Services team in Crookston, Minnesota is hiring a caregiver for a full-time day shift. The role includes supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and participation in community activities, with a pay rate of $20 per hour and full-time benefits.

A strong emphasis is placed on creating meaningful relationships and assisting participants in achieving personal goals.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable

Fulltime day shift: Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-3pm and every other weekend 8am-4pm
