Job summary

HomeWell Care Services in Everett, WA seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support clients with personal care and daily living activities under supervision. You will follow agency policies, document care, and coordinate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

The role requires effective English communication, reliability, and willingness to travel locally to client homes; previous caregiving experience is preferred, PPE and infection control practices are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Current Washington State HCA/CNA/NAC/NAR certification or enrollment.
• CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of one year caregiving experience
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively with clients, families and staff
• Willing to travel locally/regionally to client homes

Responsibilities

• Proficient in knowledge in Daily Living ADL and IADL
• Follow infection control precautions and use equipment properly and safely
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergency situations
• Promote a safe environment and quality care by following agency policies and procedures
• Uphold client rights, including privacy, dignity, consent, and confidentiality of information.
