Job summary

Gentle Home Care in Hawthorne, FL is seeking a reliable caregiver to provide companion and personal support for an individual needing help with daily living activities and healthy lifestyle goals.

This part-time role includes a few hours on Thursdays and Fridays, a 4-hour shift every Sunday, and occasional Saturday shifts. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, help with meals, light housekeeping, and support healthy activities.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with ADLs such as bathing, hygiene, and dressing.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Light cleaning.
• Meal preparation and promoting healthy eating habits.
• Supporting community outings and social activities.
