Job summary

EVERYDAY CARE LLC in Carrollwood, FL is seeking a Personal Supports caregiver for a 32-year-old male with Autism. The role requires alternating weekends: Saturday 11a-6p and Sunday 12p-5p, with potential for additional hours when needed.

You will support daily activities at home and in the community, including reading, games, shopping, and recreational outings, while assisting with ADLs and meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe, reliable transportation.
• eligible for Level 2 background screening through AHCA and APD.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities in the home with the consumer (reading, puzzles, arts and crafts).
• Take the consumer out into the community for activities (church sports, stores, park).
• Assist with showering, toileting, ADLs, meals, cleaning and laundry.

EVeryday Care LLC is hiring to fill a position in Carrollwood, FL for Personal Supports. Hours needed are alternating weekends, Saturday 11a-6p and Sunday 12p-5p. Potential for more hours when the consumer's mother travels or with additional consumers. Consumer is a 32-year-old male with Autism. Responsibilities include:

• Doing activities in the home with the consumer - reading to him, puzzles, matching games, arts and crafts, etc.
• Taking the consumer out into the community - Saturday sports at his church, Sam's Club, Target, Barns N' Noble, park, etc.
• Assisting with showering, toileting, ADL's, preparing meals, cleaning his room/bathroom and laundry.

Looking to fill this position immediately. Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma/GED at minimum, Valid CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver's license, safe and reliable transportation and an eligible level 2 background screening through AHCA and APD.
