Job summary

Farmington Square Gresham in Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities in a warm, care-centered environment.

You will assist residents with personal care, coordinate with medical staff, and document information to maintain a high standard of well-being and daily comfort. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
• Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care to seniors in a community setting.
