Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Bozeman, MT seeks compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities including cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating and personal care. You will work closely with other healthcare staff, document resident needs, and help maintain a warm, welcoming environment.

We value patient, kind individuals who communicate well with residents and families, and who are eager to grow through ongoing training, education reimbursement, and promotion opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating and personal care.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relate information about residents’ condition; maintain written records as required.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.

The Difference You Will Make

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met

What Makes You a Great Candidate

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
