Synergy HomeCare is seeking energized caregivers to earn $20–$25 per hour in effective pay, with the potential for monthly bonuses. The role focuses on non‑medical care, companionship, and building lasting relationships with clients and their families.

You’ll be supported in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care in a home setting. Base pay starts at $17/hour plus referral bonuses of $100–$300 per month per client, paid for up to 12 months per referral.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates include CNAs, PCAs, PRNs, HHAs, or RNs.
• Independent caregivers and those already working with seniors are welcome.
