Job summary

Trinity Springs, a Cassia community in Oxford, FL, is actively hiring caregivers for Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. You will provide person-centered care, including ADLs and medication administration, while promoting dignity and well-being. This role supports residents in both memory care and assisted living units.

The position offers full-time or part-time schedules with weekend rotation, competitive pay, and benefits. Join a mission-driven team focused on residents and families.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA or HHA) preferred.
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule on a 2-week rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.
• Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.
• Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.
• Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care including hair washing, showering/bathing, nail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.

As aCaregiverat Trinity Springs,you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being.This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be working in our Assisted Living or Memory Care unit.

Positions Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend):

Day: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Part-Time) Assisted LivingEvenings:3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time)Memory Care or Assisted Living

Wage Range:

Assisted Living: $15 - $18.75 /hour depending on experience

Memory Care $15.50 - $19.30 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

Evenings $1.00

Caregiver Responsibilities:
