Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA for weekend shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a) to support clients in their homes across Thomas County. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and reliable care while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications include being 18+, valid driver’s license, 6+ months caregiving experience, ability to pass background check, CPR certification, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older with valid driver’s license.
• Six months of caregiving experience (professional or family).
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Background check required before employment.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation for clients.
• Housekeeping to maintain home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Transportation assistance to appointments or activities.
• Other light duties as assigned by supervisors.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
