Visiting Angels, located in Marshall, Virginia, is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential support to our senior clients. You will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. We offer a flexible part-time schedule and paid training to help you become certified as a Personal Care Aide.

Qualifications

• Engage in light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Job description

Visiting Angels, the most recognized and respected name in home care, is hiring a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist a senior client in the Marshall, Virginia area.

The families we care for aren't just clients to us, they become family. We have provided services to many of our families for years because we work hard to establish long lasting relationships with everyone involved, including you, the Caregiver.

As a PCA, HHA or CNA you would assist our client with their activities of daily living.

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Ambulation
• Medication Reminders

In addition to these ADLs, you would also assist the client with:

• Errands & Shopping
• Light Housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Friendly Companionship

The schedule available is part time and flexible between the hours of 8am to 8pm (Minimum of 4 hours per shift) Monday thru Friday, with the possibility of weekend or overnight hours.

Not Certified? No problem! Visiting Angels of Winchester has Paid Training available to certify you as a Personal Care Aide (PCA). We also offer:
