Caregiver / CNA / PCA – In-Home Care

Pay varies based onassignment,certification, caregiving experience, client needs and level of care.

What You'll Do

Help clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes by providing assistance such as:

• Personal care, bathing, grooming and dressing
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and supervision
• Transportation and errands when required
• Following individual care plans
• Documenting services provided

Requirements

We are looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, dependable, professional and respectful
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and our office team
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass required background screening and fingerprinting
• Able to provide or obtain current CPR and First Aid certification
• Able to provide or complete required TB screening
• In possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to meet any additional training or credentialing requirements for specific client assignments

CNA certification is welcome but is not required for all positions. PCA and previous caregiving experience may qualify depending on the client assignment.
