Job summary

Caregivers will work in clients' homes, assisting with daily living tasks under supervision, and may travel to multiple client locations in the community. A background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in healthcare facility or home care preferred.
• Willing to be trained in CNA/PCP procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Travel to one or more client locations in the community.
• Support clients under RN supervision and Staffing Coordinator.
• Observe and document client behavior.
