Job summary

Tribute Home Care in Bethesda is forming its very first caregiver team in Montgomery County. These are long 12-hour visits in senior living communities and private homes, designed to build real relationships with clients who stay with the same caregiver for years.

You will join a close-knit group that values clear communication, reliability, and a strong sense of duty. CNA-I, CNA-II, CMT or equivalent caregiving experience is welcome; weekend availability and U.S.

• Comfort with 12-hour visits, days or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide long 12-hour care visits with clients in Bethesda area.

What the job looks like

These are long visits. Most are a full 12 hours, days or awake overnights. We want to be upfront about that, because it is the part of this job that has to fit your life. Long visits are how our Caregivers build real relationships instead of rushing in and out, and it is why our clients stay with the same caregiver for years. If a 12 hour day works for you, you will do well here.

You will work with clients in Bethesda and surrounding areas, primarily in senior living communities and private homes. You will build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time.

What we need from you

CNA-I, CNA-II, CMT, or relevant professional caregiving experience. Comfort with 12 hour visits, days or awake overnights. Weekend availability of at least one day per week. Reliable personal transportation. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
