Qualifications

• Experience with mobility aids (Hoyer lifts/gait belts) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel within a 25-mile radius.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor are essential.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor changes in condition.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Encourage independence and monitor client wellbeing.
