All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support to clients. The role emphasizes personalized care tailored to each client’s needs within their home setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• CPR certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Pre-employment background check completed successfully.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
