Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience with references.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia care preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs in home care.
• Maintain professional relationships with Clients, families, and coworkers.
• Follow personal care service plans and document care performed.
• Keep Client environments clean and organized.
• Remind Clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Report changes in Client condition to supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs forClients in the home setting (Hygiene, Incontinence Care, Mobility/Transfer Support, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation)
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with Clients, Family Members, and Co-workers
• Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion
• Help keep the Client's environment clean and organized
• Remind Client to take self-administered medications
• Report changes in the Client's condition to provide quality of care

Required Skills:

• 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA), provide professional references
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of current Car Insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
