Job summary

Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers (CNA/ HHA/ PCA) to join our team in Maplewood, MN. Entry-level opportunity with comprehensive on-the-job training and no experience required.

As a Caregiver, you will support residents with ADLs, monitor health, and document care. Shifts include Evening and Night with a wage range of $20.39–$24.44 per hour and shift differentials. Benefits available for part- or full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred but not required. We will train you!
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A passion for geriatric care.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed; report changes to the nurse.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, nail and foot care, and medication administration.
